By purchasing tickets to the MVP Tailgate, you (the “Purchaser”) agree to and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

Rain or Shine Event

The Merging Vets & Players Tailgate will take place regardless of weather conditions. The event will proceed rain or shine. Purchasers are responsible for preparing appropriately for any potential weather.

Liability Release

You hereby release Merging Vets & Players, including its board members, officers, employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability for property damage, personal injury, or any other claims arising from or related to your attendance or participation in the Merging Vets & Players 2025 Tailgate—whether such claims are known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, future or contingent.

You further covenant that you will not, now or in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit, or proceeding against Merging Vets & Players or any of the parties listed above arising out of any claims waived, released, or discharged by this agreement. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this release.

Use of Likeness

You grant permission to Merging Vets & Players and its sponsors to use any photographs, video or audio recordings, or other documentation of the event that includes your likeness, name, or participation for any purpose related to the tailgate or post-event publicity.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver. You acknowledge that these terms are binding and that you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation if you are unable to attend or if the event proceeds under adverse weather conditions. You further understand that this agreement is binding upon you, your spouse, your children, and your legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns.
