Requesting a full refund!! Extremely disappointing experience. The tailgate was advertised to be ready at a specific time, but when we arrived, the tent wasn’t even set up, the food wasn’t ready, the beer was hot, and there was no ice. Everything was running about 2.5 HOURS late. Almost nothing was as advertised on the app. They even ended up using tacos from someone else instead of having the food that was promised. We finally gave up and went over to Lot J, where we were able to eat tacos and drink for FREE—and had a much better time. If you’re charging people for a tailgate experience, it should at least be set up and ready when promised. Definitely not worth what we paid
