Terrible! We didn’t even get in. After waiting in line for 30 minutes a lady scan our tickets and we were good to go, got to the door a guy scan our tickets again to tell us we were in the wrong place and had to go to the other side of the stadium to get there and them tell us that was the wrong one. We went back to where we were in the first place and he said our ticket wasn’t valid We told them they already scanned and he asked how much we paid I told him one for 60 and one for 85 and he said that sucks and would not let us in! I believed we got scammed out of 85 and 60 dollars I would like a refund if possible so crazy we drove from Illinois to Nashville to meet friends for the tailgate and game to be turned away

Terrible experience. Was denied entry and told to walk all the way across the stadium to their other tailgate. Only to be denied entry there as well. Had to walk all the way back to the original one because it was the correct location all along. Completely unorganized. Extremely low staffed. Only 2 bartenders for hundreds of people. Long waits for alcohol. Advertised no smoking of any kind, for them to have a cigar vendor and the entire outdoor venue to smell like cigar smoke. Will never buy again. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

I bought a ticket then could not find the venue. None of the stadium staff even knew what I was talking about. After 40 minutes of looking, I found the event. The person taking the tickets told me the event had closed. I would like to request a full refund for my ticket. I was so disappointed overall.
