If zero stars were an option, this service would still be over-rated. Avoid at all costs! This entire experience was nothing short of a complete scam, and I urge anyone reading this to steer clear. My friends and I attended the USC-LSU game in Las Vegas to kick off the college season. Knowing we’d be facing extreme desert heat, we searched for a tailgate with essentials: shade, seating, TVs, music, food, and drink. We found a listing on Tailgreeter (https://tailgreeter.com/vegas-kick-off-classic-lsu-tigers-v-usc-trojans) that promised it all, courtesy of "Gameday Hospitality"—but the reality was a nightmare. Upon arrival, we were left stranded in a back parking lot, none of the comforts or amenities described. There was no setup whatsoever—no water, no food, not even a single representative from GamedayHospitality. It was as if the listing had been conjured out of thin air to steal our money. In the 100+ degree heat, we would have been in serious trouble if not for the generosity of other tailgaters who offered us water. All eight of us immediately sought refunds, which thankfully were processed, but the damage was already done. This was a swindle, plain and simple. Tailgreeter, I hope you’re paying attention: GamedayHospitality must be banned from your platform. This experience not only wasted our money but put our safety at risk. Do not trust this listing, and do not trust this company. Find another way to enjoy your game day—anywhere but here.

We had a good time at the tailgate and everyone that was working the tailgate was kind and friendly. It was a little hard to find the tailgate at first. We were looking for a sign that said Tailgreeter and not Gameday Hospiality. Also, on the informaiton it said tailgate was in an asphalt lot vs the gravel lot it was in. Just minor details that would help in finding it better. We purchased the VIP that was suppose to come with guarnateed seats, tents and chairs. Also there was suppose to be a special line for the VIP section for drinks and there was not. People with all different colored braclets were using the tables and chairs so we were not able to use. We specifically bought the VIP for the table/chair situation because we had a couple of woman that were pregnant and needed to sit during the tailgate. The bartenders did a great job with what they had. They were passing around drinks and trying to make sure everyone was serviced. There were times where they could have benefited from a second/third bartender. They also were running out of cold beverages. The food was very good. Hit the spot. They did run out the BBQ/Hot dogs but were quick to provide more food by ordering pizzas for everyone. Overall we had a good time and it was a quick walk to the stadium which was very nice. We appreciate the Hospitality!

Host did not hold tail gate or respond to any messages or attempts to get a hold of them. They we reached out before, during, and after the event and got no respond. We also looked in every parking at the stadium for them as well. I would revoke their status on your app.
Plenty of food and drink. A good game day experience.

This trip was awesome. We were met by our bus and were greeted with thankfulness and love. Our itinerary was explained to the letter. I was even given a token of appreciation for being the first person to book my trip. Food and refreshments were outstanding.

Attended a pre-Eras Tour tailgate and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The bartender was kind, drinks were tasty and snacks were good too. A bit of walk from where we parked but worth it!
